From February 4 to 13 in Piazza Santa Croce in Florence back to the
Artisan Chocolate Fair and complete review of master chocolatiers Italian and foreign, engaged in the exposition of their delicacies as well as in practical demonstrations and workshops dedicated to food of the gods.

La mostra mercato più sfiziosa dell'anno sarà arricchita da eventi collaterali e altre attività ancora da definire mentre è confermata la collaborazione fra la Fiera del Cioccolato Artigianale e i ristoratori del centro storico, che nei giorni della manifestazione proporranno cene interamente a base di cacao per scoprire i tanti e insoliti usi della "spezia" in cucina.
