Mia madre oggi mi ha portato dei rametti di rosmarino, sto togliendo gli aghetti e li ripongo in un vasetto della mia dispensa, che profumo...adoro i profumi della cucina, vi è mai successo di incantarvi e chiudere gli occhi mentre preparate una pietanza e lasciarvi inebriare dagli odori dei vari ingredienti? stasera in casa nostra si rompe la tradizionale cena a base di pizza come siamo soliti fare il sabato sera, in queste settimane fra san valentino e un compleanno,di focacce e pizze ci siamo un pò rimpinzati e quindi stasera di comune accordo si è deciso di fare le piadine! una volta le piadine le compravamo belle e pronte, poi visti gli aumenti vari un giorno ho deciso di provare a farle in casa e meraviglia delle wonders are easy to do, fast and very good :-)) those that do not you try, try it :-) I am a vegetarian because I do it without dripping, this is the recipe that I found online on a forum some time ago and with I have found it very well:
250 gr flour 3 tablespoons olive oil
50 cl milk 50 cl

p.s. nella ricetta originale c'era anche il lievito istantaneo un pò, io nn ne avevo la prima volta e non l'ho messo non ho trovato nessuna differenza...fate voi

Il 24 dicembre partenza dal Castello di Monteriggioni e passeggiata di 4 km fino ad Abbadia Isola senese del Castello, imboccando un itinerario di circa 4 chilometri, evidenziato dai cartelli segnavia che accomunano i sei Comuni della Valdelsa senese e fiorentina (da Castelfiorentino fino a Monteriggioni), lungo il tracciato ufficiale approvato dal Ministero dei Beni Culturali. La passeggiata si svolgerà con qualsiasi condizione atmosferica e si concluderà presso il borgo medievale di Abbadia Isola, dove verrà celebrata la santa Messa di Natale dal parroco don Doriano Carraro. La partenza è dunque prevista per venerdì 24 dicembre alle 21.30
, dopo la consegna delle torce a partire dalle ore 21, e funzionerà un servizio navetta che assicurerà per tutta la notte collegamenti fra il Castello e Abbadia Isola. Ad attendere gli escursionisti ci saranno come sempre i membri dell'Abbi, la locale associazione di volontariato, che allestirà un grande braciere per gustare bruschette, salsicce e buon vino. Alle 23 verrà celebrata la Messa di Natale presso l'abbazia romanica. Nei locali della vecchia Tinaia sarà allestita una mostra fotografica sulle attività del Cai.
